We carry out induction hardening on pins, shafts, roller-chains, joints, bushings, plates, screws, bolts for multiple uses in the automotive sector, earthmoving equipment, chain mills etc. They can be of different types and geometries, in steel C45, 42CrMo4, 38NiCrMo4, AISI 420, 31CrB4, 23MnB4 and in batches of hundreds, thousands of pieces per single order (we handle annual volumes in the order of millions of pieces).

We guarantee specific hardening profiles with relative hardness and depth, faithfully repeated thanks to automated systems developed to massively guarantee high levels of efficiency and productivity. The development involves sampling and specific tests including, when agreed, the sectioning of the pieces, destructive and non-destructive tests, specimens, micro-hardness, penetrating liquids, magnaflux etc.
