We induction harden molds of various kinds and sizes (max weight 12 tons), such as deep drawing and shearing molds, dowels, punches, dies, cutting and bending blades in C45, 40CrMnMo7 (1.2311), 40CrMnMoS8-6 (1.2312) , 40CrMnNiMo8-6-4 (1.2738), for use in the plastic molding sector, sheet metal, thermosetting resins, etc.

For particular geometries and / or to avoid even minimal deformations, we can perform laser hardening by relying on plants of other companies in our group. In some cases, it is also possible to perform straightening with particular "hot" techniques. Hardness and magnetoscope checks are always carried out to certify the compliance of hardening and quality required.
